Studio Gennaio renovated a 1930s property in Roath. Key elements of the design included opening up the kitchen/dining/playroom space to create a zoned yet openplan living area. Also, the insertion of a downstairs wc, and reconfiguration of the main bathroom/wc into one room with a wetroom-style shower, separate bath and concealed storage.
